Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Reachout Limited ("Reachout", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, reachoutlimited.com, and any enquiries you send us through it or by email. If we later launch apps or other services, we'll add sections for them here (see section 10).

2. What we collect

When you contact us

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us:

  • your name and work email address;
  • your company name and, if you share it, your company website;
  • which of our services you're interested in; and
  • anything you write in your message.

You don't have to give us any of this. If you don't, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry.

When you visit the website

Like most websites, the servers that host our site automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running securely and is not used to identify you.

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data described above only to:

  • reply to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together;
  • prepare proposals and, if you become a client, manage our working relationship;
  • keep our website secure and working properly; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Direct marketing

We will not use your personal data for direct marketing, or pass it to anyone else for their direct marketing, unless you have first given us your consent. If you do consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, free of charge.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, our contact form provider (Formspree) and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers, where needed.
  • Authorities, where the law requires us to.

6. Transfers outside Hong Kong

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Hong Kong, for example in the United States. When we use them, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard similar to that required in Hong Kong.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that don't lead to working together are normally deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as Hong Kong law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Keeping it secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or change. Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive information through the contact form.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

  • ask whether we hold personal data about you;
  • ask for a copy of that data; and
  • ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

You can also ask us to delete your data or stop using it for a particular purpose, and we'll do so where we reasonably can. To make a request, email us at the address below. We'll reply within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing a copy of your data, and we'll tell you before we do.

10. Apps and other services

This policy currently covers our website and enquiries only. If we launch an app or another service, we'll explain here what extra data it collects, how it is used, and any app-specific choices you have, before that service becomes available.

11. Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.

13. Contact us
